Unfortunately , we do not accept any exchanges or returns, UNLESS there is an error on our end that has resulted in defective, damaged or missing items. In this instance, please email us at support at milaniamorBNC@gmail.com for further assistance. You may be asked to furnish proof of incident(when applicable). In the event that the error is indeed ours, we will pay for all necessary postage to have said item(s) shipped back to us and replaced.
Please note: A confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the return must be sent before shipping the defective/damaged item back to us. Please do not send any items to us without prior confirmation.
